1. Return Window
We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you must request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return/refund:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Only damaged products during transit or wrong items received are eligible for return/refund.

Clearance or sale items.
Products reported after the 48-hour window.
3. Reporting Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
For transit-related damages, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
Clear images of the damaged item and packaging.
An unboxing/unpacking video as proof.
Once verified, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refunds & Replacements
Refunds are Credit to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability), we will re-deliver the replacement product within 5-6 working days.

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
No cancellation fees apply if cancelled within the allowed timeframe.
For prepaid orders cancelled within 12 hours, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.
